1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern all services, projects, and transactions undertaken by SSHAI ENERGY PRIVATE LIMITED. By engaging with our services, clients agree to comply with the terms stated herein.
2. Scope of Services
All products and services including Solar Installations, EV Charging Stations, Wind Energy Projects, and Fuel/CNG Infrastructure shall be executed as per mutually agreed proposal, contract, and technical specifications.
3. Pricing & Payment
All quotations are valid for a limited period as mentioned in the proposal.
Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment terms shall be as per agreed contract milestones.
Delay in payment may attract applicable interest charges.
4. Project Timeline
Project timelines are estimated based on site readiness, regulatory approvals, and material availability. Delays due to force majeure, government approvals, or unforeseen site conditions shall not be considered breach of contract.
5. Compliance & Approvals
All installations shall comply with applicable local, state, and national regulations. Client shall assist in obtaining necessary site permissions and statutory approvals where required.
6. Warranty & Maintenance
Warranty terms for equipment and installations shall be as per manufacturer guidelines. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) may be offered separately upon request.
7. Limitation of Liability
The company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of services, except as required by law.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, technical data, and commercial terms shared during the project.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement under material breach conditions, subject to written notice and settlement of dues.
10. Governing Law
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in the state where the company is registered.
